You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once the order status is marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery,” cancellation is no longer possible.

If you want to cancel after the item has been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving the product (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:

🔹 3. Order Cancellation by MT Shopping

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment is not completed or verified (for online payments).

The shipping address or contact details are invalid or incomplete.

The order was placed due to technical or pricing errors.

If your order is canceled by MT Shopping, you will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

🔹 4. Refund for Canceled Orders

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank).

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are canceled before shipment will not be charged.

🔹 5. Important Notes

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

MT Shopping reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
